INFESTED ANGEL ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM "THRENODIES TO ETERNAL DESPAIR": DROPPING JANUARY 2025!

Infested Angel, the Death Metal titans, have officially revealed the details of their upcoming album, Threnodies to Eternal Despair. This dark and brutal masterpiece will drop on January 17th, 2025! Mark your calendars now so you don't miss this monumental release!

We asked the band to share the meaning behind the album cover, and they responded:

"This ethereal image represents the permanence of loss on earth and the fallibility of faith in helping overcome the despair that consumes all human existence."

We also asked the band for insight into what we can expect from the sound of the new album:

"We are very proud of the album we have recorded. The music is inspired of a real anger, sadness and struggle that we believe is cathartic for our fans. This represents the furthest progression of our sound to date – uncompromised black death metal intensity embracing our mournful melodic sensibility that we hope speaks to the listener like it does to us. We feel the ferociousness of our live sound has been captured faithfully by our esteemed producer Greg Chandler and the pounding low resonance will destroy listeners. We look forward to presenting this music to you on tour!"
