ART GATES RECORDS
Art Gates Records welcomes One Million Dead, a five-piece from Huelva, Spain, armed with the aggression of Thrash Metal, the muscle of old-school Heavy Metal and the melodic bite of Hard Rock. Twin guitars, clean and guttural vocals, and a fierce appetite for the stage form the backbone of a band ready to march into its next chapter.
Forged in 2021 as a tribute to Megadeth, One Million Dead cut their teeth on music that demands precision, stamina and absolute commitment. Their journey has taken them from the local circuit to television studios and stages beyond Spain, building their reputation through the force of their live performances. In 2023, they began unleashing their own singles, turning those influences into an arsenal of original material.
The arrival of vocalist J.K. Romer in 2025 completed the lineup, adding guttural firepower alongside the clean vocals of guitarist Tommy Díaz. Together with guitarist Javi Fraile, bassist Alex Fraile and drummer Rafa Malmagro, they now bring that collective force to Art Gates Records.
Iván Magdalena, CEO of Art Gates Records, comments:
“One Million Dead have the raw power, conviction and live intensity that define great Metal. Their sound is brutal and visceral, firmly rooted in Thrash and old-school Heavy Metal, but driven by a clear ambition to move forward. We are extremely proud to welcome them to Art Gates Records and to stand beside them as they unleash this new chapter. One million strong—now it’s time to make some noise!”
The band add:
“We’re thrilled to start working with a record label of this calibre. We’re incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Art Gates Records roster!”
The alliance opens fresh territory for a band whose roots run deep in the riff-driven tradition of metal. With experience earned under stage lights and the determination to push their own music further, One Million Dead enter the AGR ranks ready to raise the volume and make every strike count. Keep your eyes on the frontline: news of their next moves will follow soon.
