Thy Legion is a Blackened Death Metal band from the island of Malta formed in 2004. The band consists of Tonio and Mark (ex-Martyrium) on Vocals, Elton and Emanuel (Hemplifier, Animamortua, Victims of Creation) on guitars, Kurt (ex-Martyrium) on bass and Clayton on Drums (guitarist at Animamortua, sound engineer at XIR Studio).
Thy Legion, a formidable force in the realm of extreme music, emerges from the depths of the Mediterranean. With the malevolent atmosphere of black metal, fused with blistering death metal, Thy Legion crafts a sound that plunges listeners into a grim abyss of dark, cold harmonies.

Throughout the years, Thy Legion has performed with various artists both locally and abroad but in 2017, the band released its 3rd release, "World Stigmata", followed by a stream of local and foreign appearances, supporting major acts such as Fleshgod Apocalypse (IT), Vader (PL) and Destroyer666 (AU), which also spilled across 2018 and 2019.
