ETJM DIGS DEEPER WITH THEIR NEW SINGLE

Instrumental progressive metal project ETJM takes a new step forward with the release of their third single, “Roots”, this time joined by the striking vocal presence of Nezer.

Emerging from darkness and moving steadily toward the light, Roots is conceived as a sonic journey where strength and emotion coexist in delicate balance. The track unfolds through intricate guitar riffs, shifting rhythms, and a modern, finely detailed production that allows every element to breathe.

Nezer’s vocals bring a powerful contrast to the instrumental core, weaving melody, intensity, and vulnerability.The result is a song that expands ETJM’s sonic identity while preserving its progressive essence.

Lyrically, Roots explores themes of disappearance and inner collapse, sinking under the weight of time and self, but also of regrowth and reconnection. It speaks of returning to what is essential, of rising again with renewed force by embracing one’s roots.
