MONASTERY

Monastery is a death metal band from Hungary founded in Zalaegerszeg in 1989.

They were credited with the first officially released Hungarian death metal album "Far from Christ".

After 5 albums released, the band went on standby for several years and returned in 2021 stronger and renewed, releasing their EP Chimera and a follow-up album entitled Divine Damnation along with many videos.

Monastery are more than ready to amaze us with their next album "From Blood", which will be released in September 2023 via Art Gates Records.
