MADVICE MARKS A NEW BEGINNING WITH THEIR UPCOMING ALBUM

Madvice are ready to unveil the first details of their upcoming album L'ottavo Giorno ,set for release on May 8th, 2026 through Art Gates Records.

The album artwork was created by Roberto Toderico, and we spoke with Madvice about the meaning behind the artwork:

"The artwork is an evolution of our old logo and it represents a new beginning for us: new logo, new deal with AGR and new album."

We also asked the band about the sound of this new release, and this is what they shared:

“This album is darker, faster and heavier than our previous ones. It’s equally divided between melodic death metal and blackened thrash metal, all seasoned with Mediterranean sounds.”

The album was recorded at Brahmaputra Zone (Tuscany, Italy), produced and mixed by Maddalena Bellini, and mastered at 20Hz20kHz Mastering Lab (Naples, Italy) by Davide Barbarulo.
