NORTHBORN LIFT THE VEIL ON THEIR FORTHCOMING FULL-LENGTH ALBUM

Melodic death metal force Northborn unveil the first details of their forthcoming homonymous full-length album, set to be released on May 22nd. A record forged in isolation, sharpened by ambition and driven by epic intent.

The artwork, created by Olga Kann (Olga Kann Art / Design), embodies what the band describe as “the raw, natural fury as well as the somber, majestic cold that our music is forged in.”

Speaking about the album’s sonic direction, the band state:

"This album is a wild journey through majestic riffs and epic storytelling. It blends melodic death metal with symphonic grandeour in a beautiful union. Every song is a uniqe experience for the listener, and still it will present a seamless journey through the album. Every melody will immerse and bewitch the listener so that they will be transported to the setting and mood each song represents, and they'll want to experience this feeling from the albums start to the last song again and again."

Recorded independently in each member’s home studio, the album reflects both modern adaptability and focused craftsmanship. It was mixed by Tobey Lagerqvist and mastered at “The Pit of Musical Madness”. Production was handled by Harri Silva.
