Featuring an impressive, unbroken one-take vocal performance by frontwoman Kris Mayo, Drums of War delves deep into the harrowing realities of conflict, despair, and forced sacrifice. The track combines progressive metal intricacy with crushing groove intensity, capturing the bleakness of soldiers trapped in a cycle of fighting someone else's battle.
Drums of War was mixed and mastered by Enrique Navarrete at Absolomb Studios, while the striking visual companion piece was produced by Estudios Polakoteka under the direction and post-production of Ramón Polako.
