LITOST

Litost is an emerging force in the extreme metal underground that, since 2015, has been exploring the darkest corners of human consciousness through an intense, atmospheric and boundary-pushing blend of Black/Death Metal.

Following their debut Ethos (2019), the band took a significant step forward with Pathos (2023), a critically acclaimed release that elevated their presence within the scene and led them to perform at major festivals such as Resurrection Fest.

Built around a strong conceptual foundation inspired by Milan Kundera’s notion of “Litost” and Aristotle’s rhetoric, the band crafts a sonic narrative driven by introspection, emotional conflict and the inevitable decay of the self.
