LITOST REVEALS DETAILS FOR "LOGOS", THE MAJESTIC CLOSURE OF THEIR CONCEPTUAL TRILOGY

Extreme metal outfit Litost has finally unveiled all the secrets behind their new studio album, Logos. This release marks the culmination of an ambitious conceptual trilogy that has defined the band's recent trajectory. The album will be released worldwide on October 23, 2026, via Art Gates Records.

With this album, Litost completes a journey filled with emotional highs and lows, suggesting that the human condition is the key to our experiences and that, despite external events, it is entirely up to ourselves to choose and walk one path or another.

A More Technical, Experimental, and Cohesive Sound

In the band's own words regarding the sound of this album and its recording process:

"This album continues to work with the concept of Aristotle's rhetoric, so there are many similarities in both composition and sound. To achieve this, we have once again teamed up with Luis Varó from Blackstage Studio at the helm of production and recording, and Javi Félez from Moontower Studios in charge of mixing and mastering, giving a very cohesive feel to the entire trilogy.

Nonetheless, and also due to the inspiration from the Aristotelian work, 'Logos' seeks a slightly different approach to the themes we have seen so far. That is why we see new tonalities, new rhythms, new emotional sensations and, in general, more experimentation, fusion, and technique than in previous works."

"As always, we try to reinforce this concept with the cover artwork, which has once again been created by the artist Pablo Ruiz Valls. It presents us with an infinite cycle that travels from the order generated by reason and logic to the chaos in which we fall prey to uncontrolled feelings."
