SPHERES

SPHERES is a French melodic death/progressive metal band formed in 2018, exploring the space between precision, aggression and raw emotion. Their music combines crushing riffs, melodic songwriting, progressive structures and cinematic atmospheres, constantly shifting between clean vocals and harsh growls and screams.

At the heart of SPHERES lies the confrontation between humanity and forces greater than itself. Their songs move through a wide range of contrasts and textures, from crushing heaviness to ethereal melodies, from dreamlike atmospheres to moments of frenzy. Each track is designed to challenge the listener and take them on an ever-evolving journey.

After two previous releases, SPHERES returns in 2026 with DYSON, an ambitious album exploring humanity's struggle against forces beyond its control. Across the record, each song follows a human experience confronted with something greater than itself, touching on environmental collapse, mental illness, grief, technology, love, inner demons and social media.

In 2026, SPHERES begin a new chapter with Art Gates Records, bringing DYSON to stages across France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Spain and the UK, with further dates to be announced.
