Symphonic metal band Shatterheart presents their second single, “Nightchild”, accompanied by an evocative and visually striking music video. The track is taken from their upcoming album “Infernal Symphony”, set to be released on February 6th through Art Gates Records.
At its core, “Nightchild” tells the story of two lovers bound by mystery and desire, exploring the fragile line between passion, intimacy and emotional connection. Rather than offering a straightforward narrative, the song dives into a symbolic and atmospheric portrayal of love as something intense, sensual and deeply personal.
The music video visually reinforces this atmosphere, focusing on expression and individuality. The two main characters are portrayed by Alicke, vocalist of Shatterheart, and burlesque performer and dancer Oliver Goldkuhl, whose presence brings elegance and emotional depth to the narrative.
