Progressive metal band The A.X.E Project presents “Silent Earth”, the third single taken from their upcoming album IV, set to be released on October 31st via Art Gates Records.
With “Silent Earth”, the band steps into more introspective territory, crafting a melancholic rock ballad that laments the slow decay of our planet under the weight of climate change. Built on emotive piano lines and the mournful resonance of cello, the song captures both beauty and despair in equal measure.
The track features an exceptional guest appearance by cellist Magdalena Petrovich, whose haunting performance intertwines seamlessly with the acoustic guitars and expressive vocal layers. Adding to the song’s emotional gravity, Bulgarian guitar virtuoso Vassil Vassilev delivers a breathtaking solo that bridges tenderness and intensity in true progressive fashion.
Written by Rosen Georgiev with lyrics by Georgi Georgiev.
Arranged by The A.X.E Project, recorded at President Studio, mixed at Zero Project Studio, and mastered at The Mixtery.
