Apocalyptic forces are gathering once again.
Finnish melodic death metal band Bloody Falls are set to unleash their brand-new studio album “IV”, scheduled for worldwide release on June 5th, 2026 in digital and physical formats via Art Gates Records.
Recorded at VStudio in Finland, the album was produced by Stavros Mathios, recorded by Bloody Falls, and mixed and mastered by Max Morton, delivering a powerful and focused production that captures the band at their most uncompromising.
The cover artwork, created by Jesus Lhysta (The Rotted Artist), visually reflects the album’s central theme:
"The artwork of IV represents the devil rising the four horsemen bringing the apocalypse. It is inspired by the main topic of the album being The Four, as in the song, which is the fourth song in our fourth album, that's why the album is also called IV."
Regarding the sound and direction of the new record, the band explain:
"This is by far the most aggressive album we have made, it is relentless, groovy, melodic and doesn't let up at all at any moment. It wasn't intentionally meant to be so attack focused, but once the first riffs started being formed the rest followed naturally with the flow. This is definitely a tighter unit as whole compared to our past releases. In the past you'd have some slow riffs, some more melodic parts coming in, some more experimenting in general. This time around you'll get that (minus any slow songs) but way better executed and more focused in general music writing wise. IV is our best work with ease as an overall album."
