What began as Sami Romppainen’s melodic riff evolved through Jukka Ruostila’s soaring chorus progression and Heikki Kokko’s bridge, ultimately becoming a seamless collaboration between all three members. The result is a track that channels the precision of modern production and the raw spirit of 80s and 90s hard rock, echoing the influences of artists like Devin Townsend and Whitesnake while carving its own path.
Lyrically, the song draws inspiration from an unexpected source: Finland’s most difficult bouldering route, also named “Burden of Dreams"
