1. Scope
This policy regulates the conditions for returns, refunds and order cancellations made through the Art Gates Records online store and applies to all products sold at: https://artgatesrecords.com/store/es/
Consumers have certain rights under applicable Spanish and European consumer protection and e-commerce legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason, except in cases expressly excluded by law.
2.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Art Gates Records by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to info@artgatesrecords.com) before the 14-day period expires.
Once notification is received, Art Gates Records will process the return in accordance with this policy.
2.2 Return Deadline
After notifying their intention to withdraw, the customer has an additional 14 calendar days to return the purchased goods in new, unused condition and with original packaging and labels intact.
3. Products Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised goods made according to customer specifications.
- Special items or limited editions that cannot be returned in their original condition or have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functioning.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
4. Return and Refund Process
4.1 How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, the customer must:
- Email info@artgatesrecords.com indicating the order number and reason for return.
- Return the product in perfect condition, with original packaging and no signs of use.
- Provide photos or proof of condition if requested by customer service.
4.2 Return Costs
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products, shipping damage or order errors.
4.3 Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Art Gates Records will refund all amounts paid (including standard delivery costs where applicable) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Order Cancellation
Before an order has been shipped, the customer may request cancellation by emailing info@artgatesrecords.com.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the customer must proceed in accordance with the return procedure.
6. Amendments
Art Gates Records reserves the right to modify this Returns and Cancellation Policy to adapt it to legal or organisational changes. Updates will be published in this section of the online store.
