Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country and local logistics.
Please note that it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times for each country, and the information provided should be considered indicative.
We can prepare a customized order if necessary. If you need a specific shipping option or have special requirements, please contact us and we will personally assist you.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available for orders of €70 or more, depending on the destination.
Due to current customs regulations and import duties, free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to the United States, regardless of the order amount.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy applies within the first 30 days for CDs, Digipacks, and Vinyls. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition and unused, as it was upon delivery. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that all our garments are printed to order. Therefore, before making your purchase, you should check the size guide that appears alongside the garment.
This means we can reprint another garment; however, you will need to pay the difference resulting from all production processes at cost price plus the new shipping cost.
To complete the return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund, and the amount of your order minus shipping costs will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card, according to the original payment method.
Late refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail it to: Calle Cid Campeador, 13, Meliana, 46133, Valencia, Spain.
As a customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your item.
