We inform you about the shipping costs and approximate delivery times based on your location. Please understand that it is impossible to know the exact delivery time for each country, so the information provided is approximate.
These rates are fixed and aligned with the prices established by national shipping companies. Our intention is to set a fixed cost regardless of the weight or quantity of the order, except for the inclusion of hoodies, which significantly increases the shipping price.
IMPORTANT: We can prepare a customized order if necessary. Contact us, and we will personally handle your order, also if you prefer another type of shipping (e.g., express shipping).

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy applies within the first 30 days for CDs, Digipacks, and Vinyls. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition and unused, as it was upon delivery. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that all our garments are printed to order. Therefore, before making your purchase, you should check the size guide that appears alongside the garment.
This means we can reprint another garment; however, you will need to pay the difference resulting from all production processes at cost price plus the new shipping cost.
To complete the return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund, and the amount of your order minus shipping costs will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card, according to the original payment method.
Late refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping:

As a customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your item.
