1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, users have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through this website within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which the user, or a third party indicated by the user other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the user must notify Art Gates Records of their decision through an unequivocal statement (for example, by email) to:

The user may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of this section, although its use is not mandatory.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If the user withdraws from the contract, Art Gates Records will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision was communicated.
Art Gates Records may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return of Goods
The user must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the user.
The user shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Special items or limited editions that cannot be returned in the same condition as delivered or that have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functioning.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
